A career civil servant with over 15 years’ experience in leading teams, financial management, strategy formulation & development, and implementation of organizational policies and procedures, CS Andrew Okach is also the Accounting Officer for the Migori County Public Service Board. Prior to his current role, Andrew served as the Chief Accountant for the County Government of Migori. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science with a major in Statistics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership and Management, and he is also a certified public accountant (CPA(K)) and certified secretary (CS(K)). Furthermore, he has earned an MBA specializing in Finance.
