Dr Mengi Bio

Dr. William Menge, a 40-year-old professional from Kuria West Sub County, is a distinguished expert holding a Ph.D. in Management from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in P.R. China. He also holds a Master's degree (MBA) in Strategic Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, both from Kenyatta University. With over 15 years of experience in Human Resource Planning and Quality Management, he has served in various state agencies. Before his appointment to the board, he was the Assistant Registrar for Strategy and Performance Management at the Technical University of Kenya, a Human Resource and Administration Officer at the Kenya Institute of Special Education, and a Registration Officer at the State Department of Registration and Immigration. Dr. Menge's proficiency extends to delivering outstanding training, developing effective materials, and demonstrating strong time management and interpersonal skills. As a full member of both the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK) and the Institute of Human Resource Management Kenya (IHRM-K), he offers a well-rounded perspective on strategic policy direction and the oversight of financial, administrative, and human resource sectors. Incorporating Dr. Menge into the Migori County Public Service Board is highly beneficial, as he excels in implementing performance management systems and developing integrated human resource planning and budgeting controls.
