Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure all government revenue programs are coordinated and implemented effectively in all departments and sub-counties.
  • In charge of revenue collection within the county 
  • ensure that revenue targets are met 
  • Oversee the development of budgets for the administration department
  • Supervision of staff in the department for effective work performance.
  • Facilitate training and staff development functions for staff in the department.
  • Analyse effectiveness of revenue policies, rules and regulations in the county
  • Communicate any changes to prevailing administration policies to all affected county departments
  • Supervise the implementation of county administrative policies and procedures on day-to-day basis.
  • Performing any other duty as may be delegate from time to time.

 

 

Requirement for Appointment

 

Be a Kenyan Citizen

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized institution

 

Ten (10) years of service of relevant experience in a comparable position from a reputable organization.

 

Possess Senior Management certificate, course lasting not less than 4 weeks from recognized institution 

 

Holds a master’s degree in business administration, project management or any other relevant field
