Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
Collect data on current economic trends to aid decision making by the county leadership.
Make recommendations to the county leadership on necessary planning areas for consideration
Prepare reports, tables, and charts that present research results and interpret and forecast market trends
Write articles for publication in academic journals and other media sources on the development of the county.
Analyze and interpret numerical and financial information that is used for decision making in the county.
Performing any other duty as may be delegate from time to time.
Requirements for appointment
Be a Kenyan citizen;
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, or Economics and Mathematics, Economics and Statistics or its equivalence from a recognized University/Institution.
