Job Description
(a) Duties and Responsibilities
Preparing of tree nursery work plans and seed procurement indents;
overseeing preparation of nursery soil and pricking out seedlings;
maintaining tree nursery register, muster roll and cost allocation records; and
Supervising staff working in tree nurseries.
Performing any other duty as may be delegate from time to time.
(b) Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: -
Be a Kenyan Citizen
Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KSCE) mean grade C (plain) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
Diploma in Forestry or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
Certificate in computer application skills.
